طلبات خاصة – تقال في الطلبات السلامية بعد (لأجل رئيس كهنتنا...)

For the faithful people here present who implore the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, let us pray to the Lord.

1- لأجلِ الشعب المؤمنِ المنتظرِ نعمةَ الروحِ القُدُس وحلولَه الى الربِّ نطلب

That the Holy Spirit may strengthen us and guide us to attain our ultimate destiny by pleasing Him, let us pray to the Lord.

2- لأجل أن يُقوِّينا الروحُ ويهَدينا لبلوغِ نهايةٍ حسنةٍ الارضاءِ له، الى الربِّ نطلب

That the Lord God may grant us His abundant mercy and regenerate our life by the grace of the Holy Spirit, let us pray to the Lord.

3- لأجل أن يُرسِل لنا الربُّ الإله رحمتَه الغنَّية، ويُجدِّد فينا روحَه الصالح، إلى الربِّ نطلب

That He may accept our prayer like incense before Him and grant all of us His divine help, let us pray to the Lord.

4- لأجل أن يَقبلَ صلاتَنا كالبخور أمامه، ويَهبَ جميعَنا معونته الى الربِّ نطلب

For our deliverance from all affliction etc.

     5- لأجل نجاتنا من كلِ ضيقٍ....

 

Antiphon prayer

O Lord, Lover of Mankind, You sent the divine grace of Your All-holy Spirit upon the Disciples. We pray You to grant Him to us. Illumine our hearts with the light of His presence, so that, with restless voices, we may sing hymns of praise to Your All-holy and Undivided Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, now and always and forever and ever.

 

صلاة الأنديفونة

أيها الربُّ المحب البشر، يا مَن أرسل اليوم نعمة روحِه القدُّوس الإلهية على الرسل، إنَّنا نبتهِلُ إليكَ أن تمنحنا إيَّاها لتُضيءَ قلوبَنا بنورِ حضورِه، فَنقَّدم لك، بأصواتٍ لا تفتُر، ترنيماً مثلَّت التقديس، مسبِّحين الثالوث القدُّوس غيرَ المنقسِم أيها الآب والابنُ والروح القدس، الآن وكلَّ اوان وإِلى دهر الداهرين. آمين

 

Antiphons of the Feast:

Second Antiphon

1- May the Lord answer you in time of distress; may the name of the God of Jacob defend you.

O Holy Counselor, save us who sing to You: Alleluia!

2- May He send you help from the sanctuary; from Sion may He sustain you.

3- May He remember all your offerings and graciously accept your holocaust.

 

الأنديفونة الثانية للعنصرة

ليستجب لكَ الربُ في يوم الضيق، لعضُدْك اسمُ الهِ يعقوب

اللازمة: خلصنا أيها المعزي الصالح، نحن المرنّمين لك هللويا

ليرسلْ لكَ عونا ً من القدس، ويعضُدْكََ من صهيون
ليذكرُ كلَّ ذبيحةٍ لك، ويُسَمِّنْ مُحْرَقَتَك.

Troparion of the Feast, (8th Tone), 3 times

Blessed are You, O Christ our God, who have filled the fishermen with wisdom by sending down the Holy Spirit upon them, and who through them, have caught in Your net the whole world, O Lover of mankind, glory to You.       

نشيد العنصرة باللحن الثامن (3 مرات)

مباركٌ أنتَ ايها المسيحُ الهُنا، الذي اظهرَ الصيَّادين جزيلي الحكمة، وأنزلَ عليهمِ الروحَ القدس، وبهم اصطادَ المسكونة يا محبَّ البشر المجدُ لك.

 

Kondakion of the Feast, (8th Tone)

When the Most High came down and confused the tongues (in Babel), He divided the nations; but when He distributed the tongues of fire, He called all men to unity.  Wherefore, we glorify the Holy spirit, with one accord.

قنداق الختام للعنصرة باللحن الثامن

لما نزل العلي وبلبلَ الألسنَ، قسَّمَ الأمم. وحينَ وزَّع الألسنَ الناريّةَ، دعا الجميعَ إلى الوحدة، فنمجِّدُ الروحَ القدسَ باتفاقِ الأصوات.

 

Instead of the Trisagion: All of you who have been baptized have put on Christ, Alleulia.

بدل قدوس الله. نرنم: أنتم الذين بالمسيح اعتمدتم المسيح قد لبستم، هللويا.

SEVENTH SUNDAY - HOLY AND GLORIOUS PENTECOST SUNDAY

PROKIMENON

Through all the earth, their voice resounds, and to the ends of the world, their message.
Stichon: The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament proclaims His handiwork.
READING from the Acts of the Apostles

When the days of Pentecost were ending, the disciples were all together in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a violent wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them separate tongues as of fire, and they settled upon each one of them, and all were filled with the Holy Spirit, and they began to speak in foreign tongues, as the Holy Spirit granted them to speak.

Now, there were staying in Jerusalem devout Jews from every nation under heaven. And when this sound occurred, a great crowd gathered, and they were astounded because each one heard them speaking in his own language. And all of them, amazed and wondering, were saying to each other, “Look, are not all these men who are speaking Galileans? How then have all of us heard our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Elamites, and inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Lybia around Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, Jews also and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs, we have heard them speaking in our own language of the wonderful works of God.”

By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host.

رسالة أحد العنصرة

   مقدمة الرسالة

في كل الارض ذاع منطقهم، والى اقاصي المسكونة كلامهم

السماوات تذيع مجدَ الله، والفلك يُخبرُ بأعمال يديه

الرسالة (اعمال الرسل 2: 1 – 11)

لما حلَّ يوم الخمسين، كان الرسل كلهم معاً في مكانٍ واحد. فحدثَ بغتةً صوتٌ من السماء، كصوت ريح شديدةٍ تعصف، وملأ كل البيتِ الذي كانوا جالسين فيه. وظهرت لهم ألسنهٌ منقسمةٌ كأنها من نار، واستقرت على كل واحدٍ منهم. فامتلأوا كلهم من الروح القدس، وطفقوا يتكلمون بلغات أخرى، كما آتاهم الروح أن ينطقوا. وكان في أورشليم رجالٌ من اليهود أتقياء من كل أمة تحت السماء. فلما كان ذلك الصوت، اجتمعَ الجمهور فتحيروا، لآن كل واحدٍ كان يسمعهم ينطقون بلغته. فدهشوا جميعهم وتعجبوا قائلين بعضهم لبعض: أليس هؤلاءِ المتكلمون كلهم جليليين؟ فكيف نسمع كلٌ منا لغته التي ولدَ فيها؟ نحن الفرتيين والماديين والعيلاميين، وسكان ما بين النهرين واليهوديةِ وكبادوكية َوبنطس وآسية، وفريجية وبمفيلية َومصر، ونواحي ليبةَ عند القيروان، والرومانيين المستوطنين واليهود والدخلاء والكريتيينَ والعرب، نسمعهم ينطقونَ بألسنتنا بعظائم الله.

هللويا

بكلمة الرب تثبـَّتتِ السماوات، وبروح فمه كلُّ قوَّتِها

الرب من السماءِ نظر، فأبصرَ جميعَ بني البشَر

PENTECOST SUNDAY

THE HOLY GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST

Now on the last, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. Anyone who believes in Me, as the Scripture says, ‘From within him there shall flow rivers of living water.’” He said this, however, of the Spirit, whom they who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit had not yet been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified. Some of the crowd, therefore, when they had heard these words, said, “This is truly the Prophet.” Others said, “This is the Christ.” Some, however, said, “Can the Christ come from Galilee? Does not the Scripture say it is of the offspring of David, and from Bethlehem, the village where David lived, that the Christ is to come?” So there arose a division among the crowd because of Him. And some of them wanted to seize Him, but no one laid hands on Him. The attendants therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees; and these said to them, “Why have you not brought Him?” The attendants answered, “Never has man spoken as this Man.” The Pharisees then answered them, “Have you also been fooled? Has any one of the rulers believed in Him, or any of the Pharisees? But this crowd, which does not know the Law, is accursed.” Nicodemus, the man who had come to Him at night, who was one of them, said to them, “Does our Law judge a man unless it first gives him a hearing, and knows what he does?” They answered and said to him, “Are you also a Galilean? Search and see that out of Galilee arises no prophet.” And again Jesus spoke to them saying, “I am the Light of the world. Anyone who follows Me does not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”

 

انجيل العنصرة (يوحنا 7: 37 -52 & 8-12)

في اليوم الأخير العظيم من العيد، وقف يسوعُ وصاح قائلاً: إن عطشَ أحدٌ فليأتِ اليّ ويشرب. من آمن بي، فكما قال الكتاب، ستجري من جوفه أنهار ماء حي. إنما قال هذا عن الروح الذي كان المؤمنون به مزمعينَ أنْ يقبلوه، فالروحُ القدسُ لم يكنْ قد أعطى، لأن يسوع لم يكن بعدُ قد مُجد. وإذ سَمعَ كثيرٌ من الجمعِ كلامه قالوا: في الحقيقة هذا هو النبيّ. وقال آخرون: هذا هو المسيح. وقال آخرون: ألعلَ المسيحَ يأتي من الجليل؟ ألم يَقـُل ِالكتابُ أن من نسلِ داودَ ومن قرية بيت لحم، حيث كان داود، يأتي المسيح.  فوقع بينَ الجمع شقاقٌ من أجله. وكان أ ُناسٌ منهم يريدون أن يمسكوه، ولكن لم يُلقِ أحدٌ عليه يداً. ورجع الخدامُ الى رؤساء الكهنة والفريسيين، فقال لهم أولئك: لمَ لم تأتوا به؟ فأجاب الخدام: إنه ما نطق إنسانٌ قط مثل هذا الانسان. فأجابهم الفريسيون: ألعلكم أنتم أيضاً قد ضللتم؟ هل آمن به أحدٌ من الرؤساء أو من الفريسيين؟ أما هؤلاء الجمع الذين لا يعرفونَ الناموسَ فهم ملعونون. قال لهم أحدهم نيقوديموس الذي كان قد جاء الى يسوع ليلاً: ألعل شريعتنا تحكم على انسانٍ ما لم تسمع منه أولاً وتعلم ما فعل؟ فأجابوا وقالوا له: ألعلك أنت أيضاً من الجليل؟ ابحث وانظر، إنه لم يقم نبيٌ من الجليل. ثم كلمهم أيضاً يسوع قائلاً: أنا نور العالم، من تبعني فلا يمشي في الظلام، بل يكونُ لهُ نورُ الحياة.

 

Hymn to the Theotokos: Hirmos of the 9th Ode

Hail, O Queen, glory of virgins and mothers: for your praise is beyond the eloquence of the most cultured tongues, and the wonderful manner in which you gave birth to Christ throws every intelligence into amazement.  Wherefore we the faithful magnify you with one accord.

 

النشيد لوالدة الاله على اللحن السابع

يا والدةَ الالهِ العذراء، لقد حبلتِ ولم يمسكَ فساد، وأقرضتِ جسداً للكلمةَ البارئ الكلِ، أيتها الامُ التي لم تعرف رجلاً، الصائرة خزانة للغير الموسوع، ومسكناً لخالقك غير المحدود، إياك نعظم.

 

Kinonikon of the Feast: Your Good Spirit shall guide me on level ground. Alleluia!
